Terms of Service for DecorAI

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DecorAI mobile apps, Web App, and website (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Rocket Digital Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DecorAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

DecorAI is an AI-powered interior design tool that lets users upload room photos and generate design ideas, including Mediterranean room concepts, furniture layouts, and before-and-after visualizations. The Service is available on iOS, Android, and as a Web App.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

DecorAI helps users create AI-generated interior design ideas and room planning concepts. Results should be used as visual inspiration and early-stage planning support only. We do not guarantee that generated designs are realistic, buildable, or suitable for your space. For structural renovation, electrical work, plumbing, permits, or complex interior projects, consult qualified professionals. We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI outputs.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process the images using third-party AI services (OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai) solely to provide the Service. Do not upload photos you do not have rights to use.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription managed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Refunds are handled according to the app store’s policies.

Prohibited Uses

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

Intellectual Property

The DecorAI name, logo, app design, and underlying technology are owned by Rocket Digital Limited. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated designs.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
